Drought Vulnerability

Full title

Modeling vulnerability of drought at the watershed and country levels in the context of climate change

Project goals

This project focuses on integrated drought assessment on both watershed and country levels; the Karkheh River Basin (KRB) as the third largest basin in Iran and the whole of Iran respectively. The research approach is established based on three major steps: 1) Identification, 2) Quantification, 3) Assessment of future drought impacts particularly on agriculture
